Houston Plating & Coatings (HP&C) has been providing outstanding electroless nickel, spray coating and other corrosion protection services to petroleum equipment and other manufacturers since 1988.
Our growth has been dramatic and is a direct result of our hard won reputation for quality and dedication to customer service. HP&C strives to meet or exceed customer expectations through innovative solutions to finishing issues. Our recent expansion of facilities, services, and capabilities evidences our commitment to continuous improvement.
To better serve our customers, we have recently expanded our nickel plating and phosphating capacities and enhanced our capabilities by adding:
- Second EN line with two tanks
- New 20' x 12' Gehnrich double oven
- Second phosphate line
- Added shifts five days a week
- 13.8 ton overhead crane
- 5 ton overhead crane
- 18 ton capacity forklift
Now offering the proprietary QPQSM and InnerArmorTM processes
With the addition of QPQSM and InnerArmorTM, HP&C is now one of the few plating and coating specialty firms in the nation that offers a full range of corrosion protection services.
These additions have enabled us to be even more responsive to our customers' needs; but our physical plant and comprehensive services are only part of HP&C's commitment to customer service. Satellite operations at OEM facilities, scheduled pick-up and delivery, streamlined procedures for tracking parts and processing purchase orders, invoices and other administrative tasks are a few of the ways HP&C partners with our customers to achieve the highest efficiencies for processing our customers' valuable parts.
