Coatings
HP&C offers a wide variety of spray painting applications, including; oven cured epoxies, Molybdenum Disulfide, Xylan®, and Teflon coatings.
All parts are carefully inspected, cleaned, and masked as necessary, before being painted and cured. Each order goes through several inspections
to assure that it meets rigorous quality standards. In addition to ISO certification, HP&C is one of the few plating and coating companies in the
Houston area to employ a level III NACE inspector on staff as well as several other NACE certified inspectors.
HP&C offers a range of coatings because each coating provides unique advantages and many of our customers manufacture parts that have specifications
that require a wide variety of corrosion or wear protection finishes. The broad range of coating applications allows HP&C customers to have all
their coating needs provided at one location, saving time and reducing cost.
