HP&C s the exclusive Houston-area licensee for InnerArmor™, a new proprietary diamond-based coating developed by Sub-One Technology.
Amorphous and smooth, InnerArmor films are custom-tailored to be inert to the application environment, whether that is salt water, acid or other corrosive chemistry.
InnerArmor films are like glass; they have no crystalline grain structure and no porosity. Also like glass, they are inherently self-leveling, producing smooth, uniform coverage.
InnerArmor adheres exceptionally well to metals, is 10-15 times harder than steel and can be applied in layers to provide multiple barriers against corrosive agents. InnerArmor's low coefficient of friction enhances flow dynamics and strongly discourages sludge build-up.
InnerArmor provides unprecedented levels of protection, not only to prevent corrosion but also to resist erosion, wear, scaling and fouling.
